December is here, it’s that time of the year, one holiday after another with lots of food and family! From a business standpoint, it’s a time of reflection.
Was it a good year or below average? What does the future look like? When will it ever rain again? When will these feed prices come down? Will the politicians ever understand you can’t spend more than you take in? Will the “Affordable Care Act” be a curse or a blessing? And so on and so on…
I have found it’s better for me to reflect on the past year than worry about what lies ahead. Here at Russell Feed and Supply it’s been a great year. We are very thankful for our loyal customers and our staff. We had an increase in sales and we were able to expand our corporate warehouse.

At this time we have plenty of inventories. If we could get some rain, I don’t expect much of a problem; however, we are getting very dry. Another 30 days of this and we will be in a jam again.
