Returns Policy

At Russell Feed, we want our customers to be satisfied.  We offer the following Return Policy:

1. Customer must have a receipt.
2. Return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
3. Products must be in new and resalable condition.
4. Refund is returned in payment form it was received.  (There is a two-week waiting period for all checks.)
5. Live animals, plants, vaccines, and animal traps cannot be returned.
   

Return Check Fee: $30

If customer is returning an item ordered online, they can bring the receipt into their closest Russell Feed & Supply location.
