The S-T Tool Stretcher Bar Puller is engineered for tensioning woven wire with stretcher bars. Built from the highest quality alloys with heavy-duty rivets and cast alloy jaws that won't wear out. Includes 19in of 2,000 lbs load-rated chain with hook-type design for Fixed Knot and Stiff Stay wire fence. Pulls up to 2,000 lbs and works with most woven fences.
