Company: Russell Feed & Supply is a locally-owned and operated feed store chain in the North Texas area. Russell Feed currently has 11 locations, a distribution center and offices, and a hay distribution center. Our stores offer a wide variety of products, including pet food & supplies, animal health products, horse tack & supplies, livestock feed & supplies, hay & shavings, propane, lawn & garden items, organics, and more.

Position: We are looking to expand our Warehouse Staff at our Fort Worth, TX location. Our Warehouse Staff receives truckloads from our vendors, pulls customer orders, loads customers politely and correctly, helps with deliveries to customer properties, and more. Customer service is a PRIORITY for our company, and we believe every customer should receive superior customer service.

Qualifications:

- Must be ethical, honest & hardworking

- Physically capable of staying on your feet all day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

- Ability to operate a forklift preferred

Responsibilities:

Although this list is nowhere near comprehensive, it provides an idea of the duties and tasks of a member of our Warehouse Team.

- Prioritize safety- Safety is our #1 priority at Russell Feed. It is the responsibility of all of us to ensure a safe atmosphere on a daily basis for all people who come in contact with our stores. Identifying safety risks and bringing them to management’s attention is a must.

- Ensure our customers receive superior customer service

- Always possess a positive attitude

- Work well with Manager, Keyholders and other staff

- Inventory control and management—communicating items we are running low on to management

- Maintain a clean, appealing and organized warehouse
