We want to assure you that Russell Feed & Supply is committed to the health and safety of our customers, staff, and vendors. We want to update you on the extra precautions we are taking within our stores:
- Cleaning rotations of our stores have been increased to twice per hour of commonly touched areas, including door handles, pin pads, pens, counters, baskets, pet rooms, light switches, restrooms, phones, computers, and equipment.
- Hand sanitizer is available throughout the store, including at the counter.
- Closely monitoring the health of our staff and enforcing anyone with the slightest of symptoms to remain at home.
- Additional procedures for truck drivers, vendors, and paperwork.
At this time, we’d also like to remind you that all of our locations always offers Curbside Pickup. If you are immunocompromised, quarantined or taking precautionary measures, we invite you to call your local Russell Feed & Supply. We can take your order and payment over the phone for the products you need for your animals, garden, and home and load the items directly in your vehicle. To prevent identity theft, an ID that matches the form of payment will be required at the time of pick-up.
Our Russell Feed Team will continue to monitor developments closely and provide additional updates as needed. We will continue normal business hours at all locations and evaluate upcoming events on a case-by-case basis.
